Baltimore Emerging Leaders Conference’s primary objective is to empower attendees with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to embrace personal and professional growth amidst change and uncertainty.
Pre-Program Orientation:
Participants will be invited to attend a mandatory Pre-Program Orientation Session via Zoom on Thursday, November 30th. This session will be hosted by the program chair, Jamaal Abdullah-Aleem who will give an overview of the program and respond to any questions that participants may have. This will also be an opportunity to meet your peers prior to the program.
The Goals of This Conference Are to:
Motivate young leaders to adopt a growth mindset, embrace change, and define clear goals
Offer tools for self-improvement, skill development, and adaptability in changing situations
Promote youth collaboration for collective growth and navigating change together.
Encourage community service for personal growth and positive societal impact.
